Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
